Marielle Abell, PA-C, received her Master’s in Medical Science degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 2002. She became a licensed Physician Assistant in Indiana in 2002, and became licensed in Vermont in 2023.
She has practiced medicine in a broad range of settings including at the Indiana University Student Health Center, in the emergency department at Bloomington Hospital, and as an inpatient palliative care provider at IU Health Bloomington. She joined the Medical Consult Service at the Brattleboro Retreat in the spring of 2023 and moved to the Specialty Medicine Clinic shortly thereafter. Marielle’s interests include somatic practices for well-being, meditation, and the evolving field of psychedelic-assisted therapy.
