Jessica Shepley, Psy.D., graduated from Skidmore College in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She went on to earn a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School in January of 2006, and joined the Brattleboro Retreat team shortly thereafter.
Since then she has worked with children, adolescents, and families across the Retreat's continuum of care (i.e., residential care, therapeutic day school program, and inpatient).
While Jessica is trained in and enjoys Dialectical Behavior Therapy, she takes an individualized and relational approach to therapy that focuses on each client’s strengths and preferences.
She works with adolescents and adults throughout the lifespan, and has many years of experience helping people who are living with depression, anxiety, and trauma.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys horses, travel to warm places, and diving.
