Gwynn has more than 40 years of experience working as a Social Worker in medical and psychiatric settings as well as in long term care and patient advocacy. She focuses on grief and loss, issues with aging and chronic medical conditions. Gwynn takes a non-judgmental, collaborative approach in her work with clients.
Gwynn received a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master of Social Work from Hunter College in New York City. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
