Ben Gaddes is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology at the Brattleboro Retreat. During the preceding year, he served as a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern at the Retreat, on the adult inpatient track.
He has a Master's in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, a Master's in Psychology, and is working toward a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a projected graduation date of Spring 2024.
Ben primarily utilizes Psychodynamic, Relational, Cultural & Existential-Phenomenological, and Trauma-Informed approaches to psychotherapy. He conducts assessments and facilitates group and individual psychotherapy for adults. His skill set also includes training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and neuropsychological assessment.
Ben enjoys spending time with family, backpacking, and playing and listening to music in his free time.
