Attending Nurse Practitioner
Susan Plante comes to the Brattleboro Retreat from Western Massachusetts where she has worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychiatric clinical nurse specialist in inpatient adult psychiatry for 15 years.
She received her Diploma in Nursing from Worcester City Hospital, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Merrimack College, MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Susan has extensive training in adult, forensic, geriatric, and addiction psychiatry. In her free time she is a competitive golfer and an avid rock climber and snowboarder.
